I'm a seasoned design leader with a rich tapestry of roles under my belt, from teaching high school design to steering product design at tech startups. My career has been a journey of constant evolution, allowing me to mold and refine user experiences across diverse sectors.
Current Role
As the current Head of Design at Orderful, I'm at the helm of transforming Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for key players in retail, manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. My leadership is guiding the introduction of cutting-edge solutions that reshape how industries communicate and operate.
Previous Experience
Before Orderful, I spearheaded the design of a groundbreaking freight intelligence platform at DAT Freight & Analytics. My creative acumen also extended to consumer products, where I directed the launch of new offerings for a toothpaste brand and an energy bar company. Additionally, I led the design for Sensical, a children’s streaming service by Common Sense Media, enhancing digital experiences for younger audiences.
At AngelMD, an early-stage healthcare startup investment platform, I crafted the design vision, significantly influencing the startup's trajectory. My role at CirrusMD involved developing the user experience for telemedicine services used by major healthcare providers like Kaiser and Aetna.
Further in my journey, I collaborated on innovative projects with SlingTV and STARZ, I contributed to the foundational R&D for their OTT services. My tenure as Creative Director at Hosting.com saw me leading design initiatives that elevated the brand before its acquisition by Ntirety.
Educational Contributions
My dedication to education has been a cornerstone of my career. I taught at Valor and Westwood College, specializing in graphic design, web design, illustration, and video game art. I equipped the next generation of designers and game creators with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
